Defining Scope, Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning and Schedules, Time and Cost Estimating, Budget and Documentation, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress

Experience: 5 Years’ Experience in Project Management.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Plans task, approves resource requirements and effort estimates
• Establish direction for functional team and direct reports
• Track and prioritize quality/project controls while implementing corrective actions based on variance and critical path analysis.
• Manages subcontractors and vendors.
• Project is primarily "internally" focused with exposure to customers and suppliers.
• Regular interface with larger Integrated Project Team and business functional leadership. 
• Applies understanding of business to projects.  Identifies and implements appropriate opportunities to increase participation at the project level.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Other Related Program Field and at least 5 years of directly related experience. Prefer Mechanical Engineering/HVAC focus.

Additional qualifications:

• Installation of HVAC systems in commercial facilities experience
• In-depth knowledge of the Program Management processes with ability to lead a team focused on project planning, project execution or process improvements.
• In-depth understanding of Contracts
• Ability to drive results, particularly meeting timelines and quality standards in a quick paced, high volume service order environment.
